The Bricker is a 16 unit rehabilitation project which lies just south of the intersection of
Hollywood and Western in the City of Los Angeles. All of the units will be targeted to
low and very-low income seniors. The subject property is a masonry building first constructed in 1924 and was seismically retrofitted in 1991. The target population will have an income of 30%, 45%, 50%, and 60% of the average median income. The 16 dwellings will be comprised of 2 efficiency units, 11 one-bedrooms, and 3 two bedrooms
